‘15 serve fulltime along with 40 who volunteer.’

AloMik was registered in Albania as a Christian NGO in 2003. At this time, AloMik began holding camps, children’s clubs and providing humanitarian aid. In 2005, they became a member of Grain of Wheat.

The vision of AloMik, is for every Albanian child to know they have value, dignity and can influence those around them with hope for a better future.

Its mission is to transform the lives of children physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and spiritually through inspiring and empowering partnerships with others.

To reach this goal, AloMik holds overnight and day camps for children. They also have a community centre that is used for educational purposes, parenting support, humanitarian aid, and offer a housing program.

Therapy is provided through psycho-social programs, social advocacy, and training in child protection and other care services.
