Troublemaker, is the word that 13 year old Alice’s school teachers would use to describe this young Gypsy girl. There is constant swearing in her home, and many of her parents’ friends are criminals. She even has a police record. But this was before God brought her to our Grain of Wheat camp.
“I was invited to camp at school, but there was NO WAY I was going! I resisted in every possible way. Nevertheless, my brother Milan and I found ourselves being taken to camp. At once, I was astonished by the counselors’ attitude toward us. They were very kind and friendly. Now, I want to come back to camp!”
At school, her teachers have noticed that she doesn’t curse and is becoming a better student.
